2.3 Introduction

Welcome to Dialectb2b.com! We're here to ensure you have a clear understanding of how we handle your information when you use our services. Your privacy is important to us, and this Privacy Policy explains what you need to know in simple terms.

When you use our services, like signing up, joining Dialectb2b.com, or accessing our website (www.dialectb2b.com), you're entering into a legal agreement with us. This agreement, which we call the "Contract" or "User Agreement" covers important aspects like how we collect, use and protect your contact information. It's important that you read and agree to these terms.

If you don't agree with our Contract, please don't click on actions like "Join Now" or anything similar. Also, refrain from using our services. If you ever want to end this agreement, you can simply close your account and stop using our services.

From time to time, we may need to make changes to this Contract, our Privacy Policy or our Cookies Policy. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through our services or other means. We won't apply these changes retroactively. If you don't agree with any changes, you can close your account. Continuing to use our services after we inform you of changes means you accept the updated terms from the effective date.

2.2 Obligations

As a member, you have certain responsibilities when using Dialectb2b.com. Here's what you agree to:

a. Use a Strong Password: Make sure your password is strong and keep it secret.

b. Don't Share Your Account: Your account is yours alone, so don't give parts of it, like connections, to someone else.

c. Follow the Rules: Stick to the law and our list of DOs and DON'Ts and Professional Community Policies. These are the guidelines that help keep our platform respectful and professional.

d. Account Responsibility: You're responsible for what happens through your account. If something goes wrong, unless you report it or close your account, you're on the hook for it.

Your account is connected to your organization, and you have some rights too. You can access your usage reports on Dialectb2b.com services and even close or disable your account. When using Dialectb2b.com services, you should also follow your organization's policies and rules. This might include specific guidelines, data security protocols or other company-specific requirements.

If you decide to purchase any of our paid services, here are a few things you need to know:

Payment Responsibilities: You agree to pay the fees and taxes associated with the paid services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid services.

Additional Costs: There might be foreign exchange fees or price differences based on your location (like exchange rates). We may keep your payment method on file, even if it expires, to prevent any disruptions in your services and to use for paying other services you might buy.

Subscription Charges: If you subscribe to a service, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each subscription period. If you wish to stop the subscription or to avoid future charges, make sure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date. You can find out how to cancel or suspend your purchased services. All your service purchases are subject to our refund policy.

Subscription Management: You can access the Subscription Management section from your profile and view the current subscription status and options. You can click on the "Upgrade Plan" option in the Subscription Management section for selecting a new Subscription Plan. After selecting a Plan, you will be directed to the Payment Gateway to complete the transaction. Upon successful payment, an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email, which includes details of your new Subscription Plan such as plan name, pricing and renewal frequency with instructions on how to manage your subscription. Based on the chosen subscription frequency (e.g., monthly or annually), automated billing will be done. You will receive advance notifications via email before upcoming payments. Also, you can easily cancel your subscription, if you wish, by clicking the "Cancel" button in the Dashboard and you may be prompted to specify a reason for cancellation to gather feedback and insights.

Taxes: We'll calculate any applicable taxes based on the billing information you provide us when you make a purchase. You can get a copy of your invoice in your account settings under 'Purchase History.'

Getting in Touch: We'll send you notices and messages in a couple of ways: within the Service or to the contact info you gave us (like email, phone number or physical address). Please keep your contact info up-to-date.

2.3 Your Rights and Our Limits

When you use our services, there are some important things you should know about your rights and what we can and cannot do:

Sharing Information: When you share information on our platform, it may be seen and used by others. It's important to follow your organization's rules about sharing information within our service/portal and also to comply with your country's laws and regulations about how information can be shared and used.

Your Content: You give us the right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish and process the information and content you provide through our Services/Portal. This right is worldwide, transferable and sublicensable. It means we can use what you share without needing your additional consent, notice or payment.

Changes and Discontinuation: We may change, pause or stop providing some of our services. We may also change our prices with reasonable notice if allowed by the law.

No Storage Promise: We don't promise to always keep or show the information and content you share. Dialectb2b.com is not a storage service. We have no obligation to store, maintain, or provide you with a copy of any content or information you or others share.

Content Quality: While using our Services, you might come across content or information that's not accurate, complete, timely or even misleading, illegal, offensive or harmful. We can't review everything our members or others post. So, we're not responsible for your content or information. We can't prevent misuse of our Services, and you agree that we're not responsible for any such misuse.

Events and Attendees: Dialectb2b.com might help you sign up for events organized by members and connect with other attendees. But remember, (1) we are not responsible for how other members or attendees behave, (2) we don't endorse specific events, (3) we don't vet these events, and (4) you need to follow the terms and conditions for these events.

Account Restriction: If you break this Contract or the law or misuse our Services, we can restrict, suspend or close your account.

Intellectual Property: We own all the intellectual property rights for our Services. Trademarks and logos used with our Services belong to their respective owners. Our Dialectb2b.com trademarks and logos are our property.

3. Our Responsibility and Limits

We want you to understand what we can and can't promise when you use our services. Here's the deal:

No Guarantees: We, along with our affiliates, can't guarantee that our services will always be perfect or that they won't have any hiccups. We provide our services, including all the content and information, "as is" and "as available." This means we don't make any promises about things like uninterrupted service, data accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Limits on Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by the law (unless we've made a separate written agreement that says otherwise), we and our affiliates won't be responsible for things like lost profits, missed business opportunities, harm to your reputation (like offensive or defamatory statements), or data loss (like downtime or changes to your info or content). We won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you under this Contract won't exceed either the total fees you've paid or are going to pay us for our services during the contract term (if any) or US $1000, whichever is higher.

Important Note: These limits on liability apply to all kinds of claims, like warranty, negligence, tort, contract, and other legal claims. They even apply if we've been told about the possibility of any damage, and even if our remedies fail to do what they're supposed to.

Exceptions: These limits on liability don't apply to situations involving death or personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or cases where we've breached a material obligation, which is an essential part of our service delivery and something you reasonably rely on. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the damages directly caused by the breach and were foreseeable when this Contract was formed and only to the extent they are typical for this Contract.

4. Ending the Contract

You and Dialectb2b.com can bring this Contract to an end whenever you want by giving notice to the other party. When the Contract is terminated, you lose the right to use our Services. However, some other things will continue even after the Contract is over:

  • We can still use and share any feedback you've given us.
  • Other members and visitors can still share the content and information you've shared through our Services.
  • Sections 4, 6, 7, and 8 of this Contract will continue to apply.
  • Any money that was owed by either party before the termination still has to be paid.

If you want to close your account, you can go to our Help Center for assistance.

5. Governing Law and How We Handle Disputes

When you use our Platform, you agree to follow the Rules in this User Agreement. This Agreement is governed by the Laws of the State of Qatar.

Resolving Disputes: If there's ever a dispute or claim related to this Agreement or your use of our Platform, we promise to try and work it out through discussions or other friendly ways. If we can't agree on a solution, both of us agree that the Courts in Qatar have the final say on resolving the dispute.

Changes: We have the right to make changes or updates to this User Agreement whenever we need to. We'll let you know about any changes, and if you keep using the platform after we tell you, that means you're okay with the new terms.

6. More Important Terms

Making the Contract Work: If a Court decides that any part of this Contract isn't enforceable, we both agree that the Court should change it to make it enforceable while still achieving the original purpose. If that's not possible, we both agree to ask the Court to remove the unenforceable part and still keep the rest of this Contract in force.

Only Agreement: This Contract (and any extra terms we give you when you use specific features of our Services) is the only agreement between us for the Services. It replaces all previous agreements.

We Can Still Enforce: If we don't take action to enforce a breach of this Contract, it doesn't mean we've given up our right to enforce it later.

Transfer of Contract: You can't hand over this Contract (or your use of our Services) to someone else without our consent. But we can transfer this Contract to our affiliates or to a party that buys it without needing your approval. No one else can benefit from this Contract.

Contacting Us Legally: If you need to officially contact us, you agree that the only way to do it is by using the addresses listed in Section 8.
